Create Your Account
Sign up for free to get started
- Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up" on the homepage
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Verify your email to activate your account
- You're now ready to create your first surprise!
Create a Draft
Start from Dashboard and generate your first draft
- Go to Dashboard and click "Create" to open the creation flow
- Fill in recipient, sender, title, and initial message
- Pick your theme to prefill matching style defaults
- Save to generate a draft with a unique token-backed link
Add Your Content
Personalize with messages and details
- Enter the recipient's name for a personalized greeting
- Write a heartfelt title for your surprise
- Compose your main message - be as creative as you want!
- Add your name as the sender
- Tip: Use line breaks and formatting for better readability
Upload Photos & Videos
Add unlimited images and videos
- Click the "Media" tab in the editor
- Drag and drop or click to upload photos and videos
- Rearrange media order by dragging items
- Add captions to each media item
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, WebM
Add Background Music
Make it more emotional with music
- Navigate to the "Media" or "Settings" tab
- Upload up to 2 songs (MP3, WAV, OGG)
- Songs will auto-repeat continuously
- Enable autoplay so music starts when surprise reveals
- Adjust volume level for the perfect ambiance
Set the Reveal Date
Build anticipation with a countdown
- Go to the "Countdown" tab in the editor
- Select your reveal date and time
- Choose countdown style: Flip Clock, Minimal, Elegant, or Bold
- Add a teaser message that shows before reveal
- Recipients will see a beautiful countdown until the reveal moment
Select Unlock Mechanism
Add interactive fun before revealing
- Go to "Settings" tab and find "Interactive Unlock"
- Choose from 17 unlock mechanisms:
- • Blow Candles - Blow into microphone to extinguish candles
- • Scratch Card - Scratch to reveal the surprise
- • Shake Phone - Shake device to unlock
- • Voice Unlock - Say a magic phrase
- • Ring Reveal - Open a ring box (perfect for proposals!)
- • Cap Toss - Toss graduation cap
- • Baby Reveal - Pop a balloon for gender reveal
- • And many more!

Tune launch behavior and recipient experience
- PIN protection is temporarily disabled while reliability improvements are in progress
- Enable AR Experience for 3D elements

Can the recipient see the surprise before the reveal date?
No! Recipients will only see a beautiful countdown timer until the exact reveal date and time you set. The content remains hidden until then.
What happens when the countdown ends?
When the countdown reaches zero, the interactive unlock mechanism (if set) will appear first. After completing it, the full surprise reveals with animations, music, and all your personalized content.
Can I edit the surprise after creating it?
Yes! You can edit your surprise anytime before the reveal date. Changes are saved automatically. After reveal, some edits may still be possible depending on your plan.
What if my recipient doesn't have a microphone for "Blow Candles"?
All interactive unlocks have a "Skip" button as a fallback. Recipients can skip and proceed to the reveal if they can't or don't want to use the interactive feature.
How long does the surprise link stay active?
The link stays active based on your plan: 24 hours + 4-hour add-on (1 Day), 7 days + 1-day add-on (1 Week), or 30 days + 7-day add-on (1 Month) from the official reveal time.
Can multiple people view the same surprise?
Yes! You can share the link with multiple people. The analytics dashboard will show you view counts and visitor information.
Is my content private and secure?
Absolutely. Your content is securely stored and only accessible via the unique share link. Drafts remain unpublished until you activate and share the live link.
